Recombinant Mouse Antibody (3F8) is capable of binding to GD2 ganglioside, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). It is a murine IgG3 with a moderate affinity for GD2 (KD = 5 nM).
Figure 1 Mouse Anti-GD2 Recombinant Antibody (PABL-101) in SDS-PAGE
SDS-PAGE analysis of PABL-101 in non-reduced (Lane 1) and reduced (Lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result, different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively. And non-reduced protein migrates as 180-245 kDa.
